Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains what users may and may not do when using SignalTradingHub ("SignalTradingHub," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, platform, accounts, subscriptions, trading research tools, AI-assisted features, alerts, watchlists, community features, chat, comments, reviews, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to follow this Policy and all applicable laws.

1. Purpose of This Policy

SignalTradingHub is designed to provide a safer trading research workspace. This Policy helps protect users, the platform, our systems, and the integrity of community discussions by prohibiting misuse, spam, scams, unauthorized selling, data abuse, security attacks, and misleading financial claims.

2. General Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, or third-party right.
• Use the Services for fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, deception, or other harmful activity.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, bully, intimidate, defame, discriminate against, or harm another person or group.
• Impersonate any person, company, SignalTradingHub staff member, moderator, or entity.
• Submit false reports, false complaints, or misleading information to SignalTradingHub.
• Upload, transmit, or share malware, viruses, harmful files, malicious links, or unsafe downloads.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the Services, servers, networks, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass security, access controls, rate limits, subscriptions, usage limits, or payment restrictions.
• Collect, scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Services without authorization.
• Use bots, crawlers, scripts, automation, or data-mining tools without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or attempt to discover source code, algorithms, models, signals, scoring systems, or platform logic except where permitted by law.
• Use the Services to compete with SignalTradingHub or to build a competing product without authorization.
• Damage, reveal, alter, intercept, or access data that does not belong to you.

3. Trading and Financial Misuse

Because SignalTradingHub relates to trading research, users must follow additional rules. You may not:

• Claim or imply guaranteed profits, risk-free trades, certain returns, or guaranteed signal accuracy.
• Use the Services to provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or portfolio management unless properly authorized by law and approved by SignalTradingHub.
• Sell, promote, advertise, or distribute trading signals, courses, paid groups, investment services, or financial products without our prior written permission.
• Spread false, misleading, manipulated, or unverified financial information.
• Coordinate or promote pump-and-dump schemes, market manipulation, artificial hype, deceptive trading campaigns, or similar activity.
• Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, performance, returns, identity, or affiliation with SignalTradingHub.
• Pressure, manipulate, or deceive other users into making trades, investments, deposits, or financial decisions.
• Post screenshots, claims, or performance results in a misleading way.

4. Subscription and Account Misuse

If you subscribe to or access paid features, you may not:

• Share, sell, rent, transfer, or resell your account, profile, login credentials, or subscription access.
• Provide or make the Services available to third parties without authorization.
• Use multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, limits, bans, billing rules, or pricing controls.
• Circumvent payment systems, billing controls, subscription limits, plan restrictions, or feature limits.
• Abuse API access, system resources, alerts, data endpoints, or platform usage limits.
• Use paid features to create, provide, or support a competing commercial service.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may be able to post, upload, send, review, rate, comment, or otherwise share content through the Services, including chat messages, community posts, profile information, reports, comments, reviews, attachments, or other materials ("User Content").

You are responsible for your User Content. You may not post, upload, transmit, or share User Content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable.
• Contains scams, phishing attempts, spam, fake offers, fake giveaways, suspicious investment opportunities, or misleading promotions.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Contains personal information of another person without lawful permission.
• Includes malicious links, malware, unsafe downloads, hidden trackers, or harmful files.
• Promotes violence, criminal activity, terrorism, exploitation, or illegal services.
• Targets minors, exploits minors, or attempts to collect personal information from minors.
• Is false, inaccurate, deceptive, manipulated, or likely to mislead users.
• Contains unauthorized advertising, referral links, affiliate promotions, mass messaging, or solicitation.

6. Community and Forum Guidelines

Users must follow these community rules:

• Treat other users respectfully.
• Do not harass, threaten, insult, shame, or abuse others.
• Do not post scams, spam, phishing links, or misleading financial claims.
• Do not sell, advertise, or promote products or services without approval.
• Do not claim guaranteed profits or risk-free trading results.
• Do not pretend to be SignalTradingHub staff, moderators, verified professionals, or other users.
• Do not coordinate manipulation, pump-and-dump behavior, or deceptive market activity.
• Share trading ideas responsibly and clearly separate personal opinions from facts.
• Report suspicious, harmful, or abusive behavior using the available reporting tools.

7. Reviews, Ratings, and Comments

If the Services allow users to leave ratings, reviews, comments, or feedback about SignalTradingHub or its software, users must be honest and must not post false, misleading, manipulated, paid, coerced, or fake reviews.

You may not:

• Post reviews based on false experiences.
• Use reviews to harass, threaten, or defame others.
• Organize fake positive or negative review campaigns.
• Post reviews on behalf of competitors or undisclosed interested parties.
• Make legal conclusions or unsupported allegations in reviews.

8. Responsible Use of AI Features

SignalTradingHub may provide AI-assisted features for market research, signal context, summaries, explanations, or platform assistance. Users must use these features responsibly.

You may not use AI features to:

• Create scams, phishing messages, spam, impersonation, market manipulation, or misleading financial claims.
• Generate or distribute illegal, abusive, hateful, deceptive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Violate privacy rights, collect personal information without permission, or expose another user's private information.
• Bypass security systems, moderation systems, billing limits, or access restrictions.
• Make automated trading decisions without your own independent review and responsibility.
• Present AI-generated content as guaranteed, professional, verified, or error-free.

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

9. Monitoring and Moderation

We may monitor, review, restrict, hide, remove, or block User Content when we believe, in our sole discretion, that the content violates this Policy, our Terms of Service, community guidelines, applicable law, or creates risk for users, the platform, or third parties.

Content may be reviewed manually, automatically, after user reports, or as part of security and moderation checks. We may act without prior notice when necessary to prevent scams, spam, fraud, abuse, market manipulation, harassment, security threats, illegal activity, or misleading financial claims.

We are not required to monitor all user activity or User Content, and we do not endorse user-generated content. However, we reserve the right to take action when needed to protect the Services and users.

10. Reporting Violations

Users may report violations of this Policy, harmful content, suspicious activity, scams, abuse, or misleading financial claims by contacting us at:

If reporting content, please include enough information for us to identify the content, such as the username, link, screenshot, message, room, post, date, and reason for the report.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property Reports

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may report it by emailing [email protected] or by following the copyright process described in our Terms of Service.

Your report should identify the allegedly infringing content, explain your rights, and provide contact information so we can review the request.

12. Consequences of Violating This Policy

If you violate this Policy, we may take action depending on the severity of the violation, your history, and the risk created. Actions may include:

• Warning you
• Removing, hiding, restricting, or disabling User Content
• Limiting access to certain features
• Suspending or terminating your account
• Canceling access to paid features where permitted by law and our Terms of Service
• Blocking access to the Services
• Reporting activity to law enforcement, regulators, payment providers, hosting providers, or other appropriate parties where necessary
• Taking legal action where appropriate

We are not responsible for losses resulting from enforcement actions taken in response to violations of this Policy.
