Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases, subscriptions, and paid access to SignalTradingHub ("SignalTradingHub," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, platform, trading research tools, alerts, AI-assisted features, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Digital Services
SignalTradingHub provides digital services and subscription-based access. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Because access to the Services is digital and may become available immediately after purchase, returns do not apply in the same way they would for physical products.
2. Currency
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply exchange rates, conversion fees, or other charges if your payment method uses a different currency.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, where available, or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. After cancellation, you will generally retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, unless your access is terminated earlier due to a violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or other applicable policies.
4. Refunds
All sales are generally final and non-refundable. We do not guarantee refunds for subscription payments, renewals, unused time, partial billing periods, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in limited situations, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevent access to the Services and cannot be reasonably resolved.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions or that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this Policy.
5. Renewal Charges
If your subscription renews automatically, you are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by us in our sole discretion.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or charged after cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. We may request information needed to locate and verify the transaction.
7. Technical Access Issues
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing paid features, contact us so we can investigate. We may attempt to resolve the issue, extend access, issue account credit, or provide a refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
8. Policy Abuse
We may deny refund requests if we believe the request is abusive, fraudulent, made in bad faith, related to a violation of our policies, or intended to avoid normal subscription charges after using the Services.
