Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignalTradingHub ("SignalTradingHub," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, platform, accounts, subscriptions, market research tools, trading signals, alerts, watchlists, AI-assisted features, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. About SignalTradingHub

SignalTradingHub is a web-based trading research platform designed to help users analyze financial markets with greater clarity. The platform may provide access to market data, technical signals, charts, alerts, watchlists, AI-assisted insights, community chat, and shared discussions.

SignalTradingHub is intended to support users in understanding market conditions and developing their own analysis. SignalTradingHub does not execute trades, does not act as a broker, does not manage user funds, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use or register for the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or assign your account without our prior written permission.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

SignalTradingHub may offer paid subscriptions. Subscription plans, pricing, features, and billing periods may be displayed on our website or checkout page.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we may use. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges.

We may accept payment methods supported by our payment provider, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

5. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Depending on the plan selected, subscriptions may renew monthly, annually, or according to the billing cycle chosen by the user.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account and managing your billing settings, where available, or by contacting customer support at [email protected].

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges. After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

7. Refunds

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. We may refuse refunds where a user has accessed paid features, violated these Terms, abused the platform, or failed to cancel before renewal.

8. No Financial Advice

All information, signals, alerts, charts, indicators, AI-assisted outputs, community content, and other materials provided through SignalTradingHub are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on SignalTradingHub constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.

You are solely responsible for your own research, decisions, trades, investments, risk management, and financial outcomes.

9. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of capital. Markets can be volatile, unpredictable, and affected by events outside our control.

SignalTradingHub does not guarantee profits, returns, accuracy, performance, signal success, market outcomes, or any specific financial result. Past performance, backtests, indicators, signals, or AI-assisted insights do not guarantee future results.

You should not rely on SignalTradingHub as your sole basis for making financial decisions. You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

10. AI-Assisted Features

SignalTradingHub may include AI-assisted or automated features designed to help analyze market conditions, summarize information, generate research context, classify signals, or improve platform usability.

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI outputs are not financial advice and should not be treated as instructions to trade.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or remove AI-assisted features at any time.

11. Market Data and Signal Accuracy

Market data, charts, signals, prices, indicators, and alerts may be provided by third-party sources, APIs, internal calculations, or automated systems. Such information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by technical issues.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, timeliness, or reliability of any market data, signals, alerts, AI outputs, or platform content.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Provide, sell, or promote financial advice, trading signals, investment services, or guaranteed-profit schemes without authorization
• Advertise, solicit, spam, or offer goods or services without our permission
• Impersonate another person, company, staff member, or entity
• Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, exploit, or harm other users
• Post scams, phishing links, malware, misleading claims, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to manipulate markets, signals, data, platform rankings, or community discussions
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automation, or data extraction tools without our permission
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit the Services or data without authorization
• Attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, probe, bypass, or compromise the platform or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• Sell, transfer, rent, share, or sublicense your account

13. User-Generated Content

The Services may allow users to post, upload, send, share, or publish content, including chat messages, group messages, posts, comments, profile information, reports, and attachments where available ("User Content").

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any consequences of posting or sharing it. You must not post User Content that is illegal, misleading, abusive, hateful, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, fraudulent, spammy, or harmful.

We may review, moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve User Content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, harms users, violates law, or affects platform integrity.

14. License to User Content

By posting User Content, you grant SignalTradingHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, moderate, adapt, and use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, and provide the Services.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.

15. Community and Moderation

We may monitor, moderate, suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, messages, rooms, posts, or other activity to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

We are not obligated to monitor all content and do not endorse user-generated opinions, trading ideas, signals, or discussions.

16. Third-Party Websites, Services, and Advertisements

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment processors, data providers, advertisements, or content that we do not control.

We may display third-party advertisements, including ads served through Google AdSense or related advertising tools. We are not responsible for third-party advertisements, websites, products, services, claims, or content.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Intellectual Property

SignalTradingHub, including our software, design, branding, logos, features, interface, databases, text, graphics, and platform content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Services or our content without our prior written permission.

18. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, you may contact us at [email protected] with enough information for us to identify the allegedly infringing content and review your request.

We may remove or restrict access to content that we believe infringes intellectual property rights.

19. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://signaltradinghub.com/privacy-policy.

20. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with all devices or systems.

21. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the platform, failed to pay fees, violated law, or harmed other users or the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

22. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and reliability.

We do not warrant that the Services, data, signals, alerts, AI-assisted outputs, advertisements, or third-party content will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalTradingHub and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, trading losses, investment losses, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or financial losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will be limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount you paid to us for the Services during the six (6) months before the claim arose; or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SignalTradingHub and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of any third-party rights.

25. Dispute Resolution

Before starting arbitration or legal proceedings, you and SignalTradingHub agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days by contacting each other in writing.

If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Arbitration will take place in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in English, before one (1) arbitrator.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of Quebec, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

27. Time Limit for Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action related to the Services must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred.

28. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users by email, platform notice, or another reasonable method before the changes become effective.

Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

29. Electronic Communications

By using the Services or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, notices, account messages, and platform notifications.

30. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and SignalTradingHub regarding the Services.
